Victoria Parade interchange in operation: first day impressions

Had a good look at the work at Victoria Parade at lunch time.
The overhead has been streamlined and the only movement that appears
to be possible for a trolley pole car would be to travel from
Gisborne Street into Victoria Parade and vice versa.
The interchange stops are closed. There is some signposting but
clearly some confusion among passengers especially those from a non-
English speaking background.
Yarra Trams personnel at several locations to assist passengers.
There are temporary stops in Gisborne Street at Victoria Parade
(outbound) and in the reservation at Brunswick Street (inbound). I
observed several passengers making an interchange from invbound cars
on Victoria Parade to outbound cars on Brunswick Street. They were
being directed to walk down Brunswick Street to Gertrude Street. A
better alternative would be to direct them across Victoria Parade (at
the pedestrian lights), past the Eye and Ear Hospital to the
temporary stop in Gisborne Street.
Pointsmen are on duty at the Gisborne Street stop for outbound cars
and at the inbound junction on the new reservation.
Only preliminary work on the construction of the "Super Stop" with no
indication of the time frame for the construction.
Does anyone know what name will be given to the "Super Stop"?
