Launch of new trolley bus video

This months meeting of the Tasmanian Transport Museum Society, in Hobart,
will feature the launch of Roger Greenwood's video about Australian Trolley
Bus systems. (Recall his excellent video on Hobart and Launceston
tramways). The duration of the video is 90 minutes and predominantly
features the Hobart trolley bus system, although some Launceston, Perth,
Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane footage is included. There is much colour
footage of Hobart and Launceston trolley buses not seen before in Tasmania.
With just 3% of Australia's population, Tasmania operated 28% of
Australia's trolley buses. All of the Australian trolley bus systems are
reviewed in this video production, but the main focus is Hobart.

This Thursday night (21 March), at the Glenorchy Public Library (Entrance
of Terry St), commencing at 7:30pm
