The
next tram to be restored will be E 118, which will be restored to near original
condition. All of the E cars were rebuilt as full saloon E1's, as E1 111
exemplifies. The quality of the restoration is to be seen to believe. These guys
really know their stuff. As with the restoration of B42 some years back (from
californian combo A2 42), much of the open section has to be built from stratch,
such as the crossbench seats and seat ends.
