Thanks Alan and Mal.

That makes sense about concrete and asphalt. Access to The Shrine from
Domain Road is a bit flatter but a similar distance.

Aside from school children convenience for MGS and MGG, I think the real
loser from not having a tram in Domain Road is an easy and short way to get
to the Botanic Gardens.

We can only guess what will happen.
