The other two examples survive - the St Louis B3s under 1041 and the St Louis 7 in NZ.
The No 7 truck (aka MMTB No 4) even had a Birney on it again back in 2009 when it was temporarily used to support the body of Invercargill 15 while it was rebuilt for Christchurch.
