Pakenham line: All trains will not stop at Hallam until the last train of Sun 1 May (level-crossing work).  Shuttle buses will operate Dandenong - Hallam - Narre Warren.  No access to station facilities or platforms during this time.
Buses replace trains on sections of the Craigieburn line until 21.00 on 6 May (level-crossing removal work).
9.29 Sunbury line: Major delays clearing after a police action at Sunshine. Trains are resuming in the area.

Food, housing, education and transport costs underpinned the big 5.1 per cent jump in annual inflation, with price pressures much broader than the spike in petrol prices.
Ten of the 11 categories tracked by the Australian Bureau of Statistics recorded price growth in the March quarter.
