Have you noticed that Premier Perrotet has now engaged Paul Broad ex head of Infrastructure for NSW and latterly CEO of Snowy Hydro (who have already and hugely over run the high level budget for Snowy II) as his special adviser for Economics and Engineering (with particular emphasis on upbuilding Warragamba Dam and having a new thermal power station in the Hunter Valley) for policy input prior to the May 23 State Election?.

When he lead IfNSW he was pushing for underground buses beneath George Street between Circular Quay and Towb Hall rather than light rail so that gives one a view of his engineering competence (he is qualified in Economics).
