All of this knowledge was supplied to Gladys Berejiklian and passed on to
TfNSW more than a decade ago. The latter would doubtless have binned it or
passed it to their expert consultants who would have binned it anyway
because they know better.
What a mess they've got themselves into with their "manufacturer-led
solutions", as TfNSW promoted it at the time. Labor could have a field day
with this if they weren't so dense, wasting their time barking up the
country-of-manufacture tree, which has no bearing on the issue whatsoever.
