This is the only picture I have of 301
actually working.
It is a scan of a photo of a newspaper cutting of
1940.
From Wellington's "Evening Post."
A connection was being put in between Lambton Quay and
Tinakori Road as a quicker route to Karori and Northland from the
City.
301 is almost at the point on the right where the
parliament "Beehive" building was erected.
Trolleybuses still use this route to Karori
Park.
