Running "bang line" was a term introduced in Auckland by Aussie
traffic manager (ex-Adelaide) HH(Pop)Morgan I understand: in Auckland
it meant run on the "wrong" track, i.e the right-hand line until
blockage, works etc on left-hand line, had been by-passed.
