No. Collins Street (Stop 11) is in the city and Commercial Road is
Stop 25 along St Kilda Road. The Victorian Railways Trams used to have
cars marked as 'first set down such and such', but the M&MTB never has
done this sort of thing.

Interesting that the automated announcement correctly
announced "Next Stop: Corner of Commercial and St Kilda Roads"
