Good to see someone out getting the coverage on Christmas Day; the
sign of a dedicated enthusiast!
Were other enthusiasts out getting the coverage on Christmas Day?
I have always been occupied by family commitments on Christmas Day,
apart from a couple in the 1970s, when I had to work.
I wonder what the tram patronage is on Christmas Day? Are there
pattens that are different to other days? I've noticed over many
yesterday while travelling to and from family commitments (by
car/auto) rather than by tram I must admit) that the traffic is
moving in all different directions, you rarely see a car with a
single occupant and there are very few commercial vehicles on the
road.

Being divorced, and living on my own,I may as well photograph the rail & tram

scene. The trams I saw seemed to be well patronized around mid day.One advantage

of Xmas day photography is you can photograph in usually busy shopping centres.

I saw Graeme Westwood photographing, but failed to see any of te vic rail news

  photographers.Maybe they had committments.
