Thanks to Chris Gordon for some of this information.

* Z3.118 was running from Malvern depot.

* Z3.184 was due to be transferred from GH to PSC this evening, however the transfer will take place on Friday due to rollingstock shortages.

* In the late afternoon, Z3.152 was suffering minor battery problems.  It was met by R113 at Melb Uni at about 16.50 who gave it a temporary repair until a proper repair could be undertaken back at GH.  It left MU around 8 minutes late.

* At around 17.00, D1.3502 broke down at the Flinders St Superstop while on an outbound Rt 6, supposedly the KLIP lit up with over 30 faults.  Down services from MU were instructed to run via LaTrobe St, Rt 1 services were instructed to run via LaTrobe and Spencer St.  A number of trams were stuck behind the defective Combino, and were instructed to lower their pantographs until further notice.  Z1.31, which was one of the trams stuck was blocking the intersection of Flinders & Swanston St which in turn blocked YT services.  The defective tram started moving at around 17.30 or so, travelling back to Malvern via High St.  A number of up services terminated at City Rd, drivers stuck behind the tram were asked to tell passengers to walk to City Rd.
