I presume the new crossover at Victoria Gardens will replace the
crossover at North Richmond. While most of the crossovers on the 109
have had their frogs removed, the latter crossover hasn't been
upgraded, and is also in an awkward position due to motor traffic for
a tram to reverse. Can anyone confirm this?
