Kogarah Steam Tramway signals??

Hi all,
I know this may be a tough question, but does anybody have any
information on what kind of signals were used on the Kogarah to Sans
Souci Steam tramway? I have researched many books but there was no
information about signalling. Looking at some movie footage, I have
noticed what might be signals in the kogarah station area. These look
like some kind of disk on a tall pole. The movie footage is very old
so the picture wasnt clear.
Any help would be much appreciated.
