Melbourne cable map?

Does there exist a map of Melbourn tramway cable alignments through the years,
like the maps in Hilton's "Cable Car in North America"?
I guess you'd call it an "underfoot map" by analogy with "overhead map" for
trolleybuses.
A really good one would show not only how the cables ran but the slot and grip
positions as well, since misalignments between systems was a limiting factor in
providing through services.
