Looking northish along Lambton Quay. A Fiducia heads south past the Midland
Hotel, while an older Double Saloon approaches the State Fire Insurance
building at the corner of Waring Taylor Street.
The caption explains what no Wellingtonian gives a thought about, why this
winding main thoroughfare, two to three blocks away from the shore, is named
"quay."
