R class trams at Footscray.

I have seen a photo of R class no 153 at Ballarat Rd terminus,taken
in 1923.But the Footscray article in the July 1962 Electric Traction
makes no mention that R class trams ran there.This photo was in a
family album.There are probably tram photos existing in the
collections of non railfans waiting to be discovered.
