Hi Don
In answer to a couple of your observations in recent letters. You are
correct. The Tinakori Rd Peak NO 13 service was covered by Half Cab
Diesel buses. Mostly they were Crash Box buses. From memory they
ranfrom the Town Hall via Tinakori Rd to the junction of Bowen St and
Tinakori Rd were they did a U turn and back again on the same route.
I know because I used to drive them sometimes. On the matter of
Stagrcoach regulating drivers speed over Spesial work. It is
definately frowned apon, but you have to catch them first!
