Tram News 26.9

* B2.2004 became stuck under an insulator at Southbank Blvd this morning at
around 9.55, Z1.30 pushed it clear.

* At around 15.00, there were power problems between Sth Caulfield Junc and
Carnegie terminus.

* At around 15.15, Z1.80 became faulty on Dandenong Rd at Chapel St while
working an up Rt 64 service. The brakes locked on and the tram would not
move; when the brakes released there was no power to the motors. The driver
changed ends, this managed to get the tram moving again. Shortly after St
Kilda Junc, it did the same thing, as well the accelerator was sluggish. It
posed no problems from there on in.
