Hi all,that
Had a bit of a wander down through Docklands yesterday. Noticed
the Flinders St tracks now have a new (temporary looking) set ofand
terminating points down near Charles Grimes Bridge. Stop signs and
timetable holders have also been erected there and at the
intermediate stop.
This seems a bit strange, as they are also currently doing the
preparatory earthworks for the missing link between these tracks
the waterfront tracks. So this new terminus will probably be very
short lived.
Also notice the overhead is set up for Pantos only. If that is how
they are going to do the overhead for the entire loop, you can
forget about running Ws (or any pole trams) out on that section
(until they get pantos fitted that is).
