Thanks Jeff,I think some of those Essendon cars came into South
Melbourne for their day-in and certainly to visit the wheelgrinder as
Essendon didn't have one.There were also Malvern and Camberwell cars
that had their day-in at South,i.e they ran in after the AM and out
into the PM,crews travelling as passengers to and fro their home
depots.PBruce.
