Docklands works

Hi all,
Had a bit of a wander down through Docklands yesterday. Noticed that
the Flinders St tracks now have a new (temporary looking) set of
terminating points down near Charles Grimes Bridge. Stop signs and
timetable holders have also been erected there and at the
intermediate stop.
This seems a bit strange, as they are also currently doing the
preparatory earthworks for the missing link between these tracks and
the waterfront tracks. So this new terminus will probably be very
short lived.
