Route Numbers.

Guys,
The new route numbers commenced on November 1st 1970.Then in Sept

1972 the use of the 30 series no's for the William St services
commenced. Re.route 7,I can remember route 7D being used for
Camberwell Junction City services.This later became route 73.I can
also remember cars runnning down Swan St Richmond showing 7D &
showing University on the destination blind.This was a through
service using the connecting curve at Batman Ave to enter Swanston
St.This servive lasted until Aug 3
1979.
