On the way home from work today, I conducted a site visit.

Previously I had told you that it was "Brand New", the only brand new bit is the concrete!

I had been told by a trammie that they had substituted a new sets of points, in place of old - it looked good in the photos - not true.

I now dispute his judgement, in fact I would encourage all those who wish to see some remnants to go and have a look.

There were cast iron plates with MMTB on them, as well as "Hadfields Sheffield?"around the point work.

Still to see all the interlaced pointwork laid out to serve roads 1-4 made you feel - All was right! - as it should be.
