Probably a good thing. Even if privatisation remains, it still gives
them the opportunity[D[D[D[D[D[D[D[D[D[D[ to 'unite' under one brand name. They should never
have been allowed to use different names (in fact the different names
were started by the previous govt; eg hillside, bayside, yarra,
swanston).
