W.983 testing

Mr King (aka citadis) seen driving W.983 eastbound on LaTrobe St at
Swanston at 16:00hrs. Good to see at least one back and almost ready
to run in service. The colour of the tram seems to be a
brighter "beige" (is that possible??) than what I remember the Ws to
be (more cream colour).
