Ric says thanks to all who replied. He has the Elsner book, but:
Plenty of photos but no good drawings with dimensions ,that is my
problem , have
side frame patterns made for 39Es ( side frames same as 63Es) but no
dimensions on Modifications for
springs The Fresno body I am told is only half there. while ours is
complete down to bolsters frames We
have plans if Technical information comes forward to have it rebuilt
to operate.
I really appreciate the help you are sending

If anyone knows of any technical drawings, he's got the hardware to go
with them...
