There were several small booklets published by the Tramway Museum
Society of Victoria on the various private (or Council) companies.
Those that come to mind are Prahran & Malvern Tramways Trust,
Hawthorn Tramways Trust and Maelbouren, Brunswick & Coburg Tramways
Trust. Last time I was at Bylands (quite a while ago!) they had
copies for sale.

If they are out of print and the TMSV (or whoever holds copyright)
gave permission, I would be prepared to scan and publish to the web.

Another possible source is Technical Book & Magazine Co in Swanston
St, Melbourne. They also had 5 copies of Destination City last week.
