The plant train was conveying ballast, and was discharging in the Blackburn area.
It left at ~4.00 Sunday to return to Melbourne. The gaggle of small locos was needed because the larger ones were working grain trains.

9.25 & 10.00 Werribee/Williamstown & Sunbury lines: Major delays (police attending to a trespasser in the Footscray area). Trains may be held at platforms, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- Is there any chance you can look into improving the way you deal with this- thousands of people inconvenienced every time it happens.
- Police were attending to a trespasser who was on the rail track. For the safety for all concerned trains were required to be stopped.
- 20.20 Are the services restored now? It's been 10hrs since your last update.
