Track design

Hello All,
I am in the very early stages of planning a track to run around my
home. My plan is to have a 7 1/4" scale track, but there are a few
things I need to know first:
What is the scaling ratio for 7.25 to standard guage?
What is the minimum curve distance for the Melbourne system?
What is the minimum height for the overhead in Melbourne?
Is there anywhere I can find more details for building such a system?
I'm sure there are thousands more questions that need to be asked and
answered, so if you would like to contact me off group, please do so
at [email protected] .
This is not something I am planning to do by next weekend, first of
all I have to get it passed by the government (my wife), and do
costing and enviromental reports.
Thanking you in advance,
DingDing
Jack
PS: If anyone has any trams or other components that could be used on
such a system, all donations would be greatly recieved. Hey your've
got to ask. :-)
