Here is a picture that I scanned from the magazine Blickpunt
Straszenbahn that I picked up in Frankfurt.

The picture with five shows, from right to left, the prototype, Basel,
Hiroshima, Dusseldorf and Amsterdam.

The picture with four from Strassenbahn Magazin shows Potsdam,
Melbourne, Dusseldorf and Amsterdam.

The articles were reporting that a total of 500 Combinos have been
ordered by Potsdam, Augsburg, Freiburg, Erfurt, Nordhausen, Ulm in
Germany and Hiroshima, Basel, Amsterdam, Bern, Melbourne and Verona in
other countries.
