A little.... they don't have really any more track than then but the
site has been substantially consolidated and improved in numerous ways
since then.

Every weekend.

Have the plans for a decent length of running track been abandoned?

There are still want to extend to Ferny Grove Station in the longer
term but that will require substantial capital investment and is
dependent on the Government providing funding... which seems to be an
"on again, off again" sort of thing.
