The last section of Carnegie was single line until Mid 1989 I believe.
Until the duplication, trams worked under staff. Many drivers ignored the

Hi All,
Just wondering what the last section of single track was in Melbourne
in regular use on the system?
THis question comes about after watching Malcolm and finally clicking
that the Rt.9 hump is single track.
Was this the last section?
Just to clear up on the technical side, I'm not including terminii in
this question.
