Yep, thats the "usual" route for diverted route 1 trams.

So here is the question; Is there any "track access fees" due for

M>Tram being on Yarra Trams track? Or is the track actually still
owned by the government?

There is no charge for use of track. When the QE2 (I think) was at
Pt Melbourne, M>Trash ran a shuttle tram to meet it to take
passengers into the city.

A more interesting question would be, how would the fines be paid if
a M>tram tram breaks down (say at Casino) and holds up route 96, 109
and 112 trams? I think YT would bill M>Tram for the fines that it
incurs. Also, would a) YT send someone to fix it and/or shunt it out
of the way at Southbank Depot or b) M>Tram send someone to fix it?
