Tram sightings today

CC 866, 11:33am Spring St, pole "missing" from one end, tram
recovery unit staff in attendance working on the other end with a
shifting spanner.

Also just wondering where Rt.1 service was going between William and
Spencer Sts, west bound during todays ramblings? My guess is that it
headed down Spencer and Claredon, then took up the route from Park
Street.
So here is the question; Is there any "track access fees" due for an
M>Tram being on Yarra Trams track? Or is the track actually still
owned by the government?
