Can't find my reference book at the moment (drat) but the NSW
Tramways relaid the junction of Enmore Road, King Street and the
entrance to Newtown Depot over a weekend in the 1920s. This would
have been a bigger job and done mainly with manual labour.
I know I have seen a photo of the work underway, anyone have a photo?
