Here's a map of the Footscray system - from a mid 1962
edition of "Electric Traction" in which Keith Kings
wrote a history of the system.

The section of track from Raleigh Rd to the Footscray
railway station is still in use.

Apologies for the large file - it needs to be clear so
that you can read it!
