-Mal,you've got me tossed here,741 is running 'Dromes,I presume its
on the down[unless the driver has forgotten to change the
destination],I suppose it has to be Matthews Ave. but is it the
Keilor Rd.end or at the entrance to the'Drome, dunno but love the
photo,original drivers windows on a W5,obviously high summer,all the
saloon windows open[a hot summer, not like this year].I suppose it had
to be during Tullarmarine Freeway construction but that does seem a
bit obvious,Mal,you are going to have to enlighten us.Don Ross, don't
be fooled by those curves,M&MTB drivers didn't creep around them,W
cars were really hard to derail,I know because I tried.Murph and
Peter E,I'll respond on tram driving soon, definitely not the same as
driving a lift[elevator].Paul, some'Scray shots would be good, any of
us old enough to have taken any ,message 1068 from the redoutable WGB
features 459,the pictorial history of Footscray has many,I might try
to scan some as I have the book here.I'll post 459 to the photo
section soon.Regards all TDUs,Peter Bruce.PS.Don R.I had a look at
your site, you've been a busy fella, very, very interesting.-- In

OK, some of you like a puzzle.

Can you work out where this shot was taken and what
was the occasion?

Answer later.
