built B2's whilst others (Osaka), had outside frame PCC trucks that were
like B3's as regards the fram construction and suspension.

I openly admit that to define a pure PCC is a diffuclt proposition.
Truth be told I'm fascinated by anything that has a PCC connection.
It's just when I think of PCC's places like San Francisco,
Phildelphia, San Diego etc spring to mind.
The N. American PCC's seem to be the ultimate expression of the ERPCC
plans that's all. However it's not suprising that systems far and
wide used the PCC technology, modified in a variety of ways to suit
local conditions
