Funny when you look at the roof/stairs area that it is built a lot like the rear platform area on Sydney half-cab double-deckers.

Good looking car but no matter where the driver goes, he is in the passenger's way. I take it the car was a trailer for a tram or cable car originally? Or is it just plain poor design for passenger flow?
