Find out how many DPI the shot was as used in the publication and re-scan at that resolution. Or use the de-screen controls on most graphics programs.

An as new shot of a Z will make a very good comparison to the 2002 shot- gone is the orange paint, trolleypoles and flip over destination signs. I hope they have kept a Z in original condition - today's garbage, tomorrows history and all that!
