Thanks, Michael. I'm rather partial to the old AECs and would rescue one in
reasonable shape to preserve if no one wanted it.

I don't know any of the details on his vehicles.

I'd hate to see 560 rusting in a paddock somewhere. It looked to be in
reasonable shape. They will last for years in the weather until the rust
gets into the window frames and then they are stuffed.

Excuse my replying when I suspect others are better placed to do so, but I
suspect the AEC is OK. If it's the same Drouin I've seen video footage of
recently, there is a big metal shed down there along with a Leyland

National

in a livery I didn't recognise and several other buses currently being

cared

for. I only saw the AEC in the background and I was paying more attantion

to

the National at the time... (although on the same video was plenty of
footage from an AEC which I presume is the same one).
