Bill, isn't it a sensational shot?Max Dupains pictures often include
trams[and ferries too]I think the first time I saw the attached it
was captioned as being in Sydney,it was either this shot or a very
similar one but definitely Adelaide.Never took a bad shot did Max.At
the moment at the MCG library there is apparently a display about
catching the tram to the cricket etc.Havn't seen it yet as the
Melbourne Test is being played as I write and us ordinary mortals
can't gain entry to the MCC members area, although I spent yesterday
at the cricket I'll have to go back next week to see the display.Greg
I hope you will reconsider your decision to withdraw from the
group, your contributions are always interesting, what is the matter
with Yarra Trams, why are they so touchy?Anyone who would pass on
information from this or any other group in the hope of any kind of
personal advantage would have to be a dickhead or seriously
misguided.WGB love Rodneys fog shotsAll the best to all TDUs for the
New Year.Peter Bruce.P.S.This group needs the contributions of
working trammies not just old farts like me who can't see past navy
blue uniforms and green and cream W2s.--- In TramsDownUnder@y...,
