Yes, as both Greg and Greg noted, the model represents a Bendigo
(Baldwin) steam motor and trailer No 6, which was converted from battery
tram No 1. It was a short car with only 6 windows.

I'm not rushing to attempt the full paint scheme in HO!!!
The twist in the tail is that a similar trailer was recovered from a
farm at Elmore by the Bendigo tramways and is a long term project to be
restored as a battery car.
.... and yes, I did buy the motor at the Model Dockyard - what a great
place that was in the 1960s!
