Frankston line: Trains will not stop at Parkdale until mid 2024 (level-crossing removal work). Shuttle buses will operate Mentone - Parkdale - Mordialloc, connecting with trains. No access to station facilities or platforms during this time.
5.19 Williamstown Beach:  Please take extra care when boarding and alighting this morning as a power fault has impacted platform lighting & facilities.

8.09 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Major delays (an equipment fault near South Yarra. Trains are moving at reduced speed.  Trains may be altered/ cancelled.

10.31 Craigieburn line: Major delays (a motor vehicle hit a rail bridge near Newmarket).  Trains may be held at or between stations for an extended period.  Trains may be altered.

15.43 Sunbury line: Major delays clearing after a police action in the Sunshine area.  trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
17.04 Major delays (police between Werribee and Williams Landing).  Trains may operate at a reduced speed there, or may terminate/originate at intermediate locations.

Buses replace trains North Melbourne - Upfield from 23.05 until the last train of Sun 7 Apr (maintenance works).
Sunbury line: Buses replace trains North Melbourne - Sunshine from 23.15 until the last train of Sun 7 Apr (maintenance works).
Sunbury/Craigieburn/Upfield lines: All trains direct to/from Flinders St from 23.30 until the last train (maintenance works).  From loop stations, take a Swanston St tram to Flinders St.
Mernda/Hurstbridge lines: All trains direct to/from Flinders St from 23.30 until the last train (works).  From loop stations, take a Swanston St tram to Flinders St.
Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: All trains direct to/from Flinders St from 23.30 until the last train (maintenance works). From Melbourne Southern Cross and loop stns, take a Lilydale/Belgrave/Glen Waverley train to Richmond.
Trains will operate as a shuttle service between Caulfield and Frankston from 23.30 until to 6.30 Sat 6 Apr (works).  Change from/to a Pakenham/Cranbourne train.  Passengers for Hawksburn, Toorak, Armadale or Malvern, change at South Yarra or Caulfield for a replacement bus.
23.58 Most lines: Delays through Melbourne Southern Cross (police attending to a trespasser).  Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at or between stations.
Public-transport disruptions are happening through Autumn (infrastructure projects).
