Wed.3.4.24 Metro X
Frankston line: Trains will not stop at Parkdale until mid 2024 (level-crossing removal work). Shuttle buses will operate Mentone - Parkdale - Mordialloc, connecting with trains. No access to station facilities or platforms during this time.
6.12 Craigieburn line: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Roxburgh Park area).  Trains may move at a reduced speed there, or may be altered.
- 8.36 Yet another day you can’t run the trains.. late for work and still make us pay for this horrible service
- Should you wish to leave a formal feedback, you can do so over the phone on 1800 800 007 or online https://bit.ly/2b7jike; and a member from our passenger experience team will be in touch.
- What will that do? Can’t see that fixing the problem for passengers at Kensington who can’t board a train..
17.58 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Major delays (police in the Melbourne Central area). Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at or between stations. trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations. Select services may be altered to run direct.
- 18.18  clearing
18.06 Mernda/Hurstbridge lines: Major delays clearing after a police action in the Melbourne Central area.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations, and may be altered to run direct.
- The trespasser needed to be removed from the tunnel a lot more promptly. Negotiations to remove them dragged on way too long causing delays to blow out. That should have taken 15 minutes max, not almost an hour.
- It is all up to the police and they have procedures to follow for it and also the law. Not an easy task getting someone to listen and do what you want.
- I’d rather they skip a few steps than have it drag out. This person needed to be removed from the outset instead of being allowed all that time to negotiate. That would have mitigated the delays.
- It's not simple. They got to find the person it could be anywhere or they could be in between stations too. There’s 4 platforms police need to look at so it takes a while. And police have to come. And police Need to give the all clear
18.08 Craigieburn/ Sunbury/ Upfield lines:  Major delays clearing after a police action in the Melbourne Central area.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations, and may be altered to run direct.
18.09 Lilyale/Belgrave/Alamein/Glen Waverley lines:  Major delays clearing after a police action in the Melbourne Central area.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations, and may be altered to run direct.
Mernda/Hurstbridge lines: Buses replace trains Parliament - Clifton Hill from 20.50 until the last train (maintenance works).
Sunbury/Craigieburn/Upfield/Glen Waverley lines: All trains direct to/from Flinders St from 21.00 until the last train (maintenance works).  From loop stations, take a train to Flinders St. [inbound Pak/Cran?  special city circle?]
Trains will operate as a shuttle service between Burnley and Lilydale/Belgrave from 21.00 until the last train (works).  Change at Burnley from/to a Glen Waverley train.
Public-transport disruptions are happening through Autumn (infrastructure projects).
