I just happened on it while idling aimlessly in the city. The E class was
immobile, and the guys were trying to shift it with crowbars under the
wheels.

It took about ten minutes after I got there before the tram moved by itself
to the next stop. It was obviously stuck for longer since the guys trying
to get it moving must have been called out.

There were about 5 trams backed up behind it at that point.
