Flinders St: still with a lane closed for tunnel works?
Because of tunnel works, Degraves St subway at Flinders St is closed until 2024. No platform transfer via Degraves St subway. Passengers should use Elizabeth & Swanston St entry/exits. Campbell Arcade remains closed to 2024. Platform interchange via that subway was available until mid 2022.
Until the last train of Sun.30.4: Buses replace trains on sections of the Hurstbridge line.
- Greensborough, Montmorency, and Diamond Creek stations are closed.
- There are changes to the way you travel around the area
Buses replace trains on sections of the Lilydale/Belgrave lines until late May (works).
Frankston line: Trains will run to an altered timetable until mid 2023 (works). Trains will stop at all stations Caulfield - Cheltenham all day.
15.46 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Major delays clearing after a police action in the Springvale area.
- 17.44 Do we have any update on this? The boards and updates at Melbourne Southern Cross are still all over the shop.
- 17.49 Currently we have one late-running Cranbourne train. Another train is at Melbourne Central and should be at SC soon.

7.22 Richmond: A local CitiPower fault is affecting station facilities, ticketing equipment, information displays and announcements. Station staff are on hand to assist passengers on platforms with train information. We're sourcing an emergency Zapdos for backup power.
- 8.36 CitiPower power has been restored. Some info displays are offline while Bill works to restore communications systems.
11.24 Lilydale/Belgrave/Alamein lines: Buses to replace trains Burnley - Box Hill/Alamein (police). Planned works buses to be extended to operate Burnley - Box Hill. Change at Camberwell for Alamein shuttle buses. Extra buses ETA 60min.
- 12.00 Works buses have been extended.
- Buses will not service Cookson St (police). They will set down/pick up in Prospect Hill Rd, at Camberwell Post Office.
- 12.41 trains resuming.
- 12.43 Camberwell: Replacement buses have resumed setting down/picking up in Cookson St. Additional staff are on-site to direct passengers.
- 12.44 Great to see trains back to normal we know metro won't give out details of the incident I would love to know what happened
