My memory of North Balwyn tram terminus is that it is very isolated.
The line terminates at a five-way intersection, where one of the streets is
blocked off, has a telephone box, a rubbish bin and of course, the terminus
itself. The crew facilities were, I believe, at the church which is one
stop closer to the city .
Not even the traditional milk-bar to purchase a drink or an ice cream.
How boring?
